The daily news is so depressing, and then on top of that, last night we went to see Slumdog. It is definitely not a feel-good movie. And we all know how I feel about those! Nope, I will not see it again. I have seen slum cities first hand where I lived as a child and I don't need to be reminded of the kind of life I could have been born into. Being born into poverty is one thing but being born into a life that is heartless and totally corrupt is unbearable. Slumdog was yet another reminder of how grateful I am for all the love in my life.
